Bundles
There are four bundles in a year.
A 'gauntlet' bundle, released after test goes live in the spring update, expected at around Early May/Late April.
The spring GameStop $39 bundle, released towards the end of June (as of late). Random.
An "October" bundle that is random, though due to the time it may be Halloween themed.
The bundle related to the latest world recently released. Drops in 'November' following release.
Test Realms
*All times will be in GMT regardless of the time-zone observed. Sources will be filled later on. Conclusions:
Spring test realm has been early April for the past four years now, changing from March to April from 2019 and on. Timing is around early 5pm GMT.
The final test realm of the year falls on October/November - and times are more on the later and random end of the spectrum around close dates.
Test realms fall majorly on a Wednesday according to the data from 2015 to now. The second most major day is a Thursday.

[MR] Perhaps the latest a test realm has been, at 01:49am GMT. One can only speculate why. [SR2020] Possibly the most complained about update in regards to the new face textures and shadow changes. [KM] Teasers for this started in August.
