This item was publicly released via official sources and included with the Fall Feast Bundles (example) on 10th November 2021, and further on as separate items in the Shop on 2nd December 2021. Therefore, this item is considered released.

Information
These items were added with a live patch to the game on October 13th. They seem to be related to Thanksgiving with a few related to other holidays. The items are named as you'd expect with the exception of the "Gelatin Mold" & "Roster Cogburn's Finger Licking Chicken".
Timeline / Sources
Thu, 2nd Dec 2021: These food items further materialise in the crowns shop as their own individual items.
Wed, 10th Nov 2021: These food items materialise in the form of "Fall Feast Bundles", and thus this is considered released.
Wed, 13th Oct 2021 / V_r707528.Wizard_1_460: These housing items are added to the files with a patch to the Wizard101 live files.
