# Nullity and Void "Raid Gearset"

As the <mark style="color:yellow;">Summer 2022 Test Realm</mark> progressed, we would start getting some "Nullity" pieces [in the files...](https://twitter.com/W101Spoilers/status/1555691592647933952) As the final boss of Raids was <mark style="color:orange;">**"The Nullity",**</mark> it wasn't hard to link this to Raids.&#x20;

"Nullity" **Rings and Athames** were added on August 4th 2022 **(**[<mark style="color:green;">**V\_r721707.WizardDev**</mark>](https://w101archives.gitbook.io/w101archives/info/archived-content/2022/gear/pages/0v4f9Vk2APqaZYku3xXL#v_r721707.wizarddev)**),** the [start of the Nullity Set.](https://twitter.com/W101Spoilers/status/1555691592647933952) With the same update, we also got some [Raids related gear aesthetics...](https://twitter.com/W101Spoilers/status/1555691831765213186/photo/1) Wasn't hard to connect the dots!

**Fast forward to** [**test realm going live (August 16th)**](https://twitter.com/Wizard101/status/1559588643504799745), and we'd have a full on Nullity Set [added with the patch](https://twitter.com/W101Spoilers/status/1559658753393397762) that brought Test Realm to Live <mark style="color:purple;">(</mark>[<mark style="color:purple;">**V\_r722136.Wizard\_1\_490**</mark>](https://w101archives.gitbook.io/w101archives/info/archived-content/2022/gear/pages/0v4f9Vk2APqaZYku3xXL#l-v_r722136.wizard_1_490)<mark style="color:purple;">**).**</mark> These were <mark style="color:green;">released on the same day,</mark> being available from Raids along with the [Null Dragon Pets](/w101archives/info/archived-content/2022/pets/raids-null-dragons.md).

To make this easier to display, this has been broken into&#x20;

Fire-Ice-Storm and Death-Life-Myth-Balance.&#x20;

## Nullity Set

Not much to say - I suppose it is an alternative to Merciless, and these were quite popular for PvP.

## Void Set

**But wait!** KI were not done yet. They also added an entirely new Void set, [wholly introduced](https://twitter.com/W101Spoilers/status/1560004425753714691) with the patch that brought Test Realm to Live <mark style="color:purple;">(</mark>[<mark style="color:purple;">**V\_r722136.Wizard\_1\_490**</mark>](https://w101archives.gitbook.io/w101archives/info/archived-content/2022/gear/pages/0v4f9Vk2APqaZYku3xXL#l-v_r722136.wizard_1_490)<mark style="color:purple;">**).**</mark> The aesthetics were the same, but the <mark style="color:orange;">stats were more on the defensive side.</mark>
